As we made made our way closer to the boardwalk the wind finally hit us. Wow – this was wind like I had never experienced before – sand whipping across your face, burning your legs and arms. We quickly ducked into alleys to find shelter and stumbled upon some great backdrops in the process. I loved this red fire escape against the blue building – amazing colors!

We finally braved the winds head on and headed to the beach. The sand was blown smooth so the only foot prints were ours.
They were such troopers through this whole process. Poor Tracy was getting so wind blown and I know the sand was stinging her legs, but I love how they were just having fun and we did have the beach to ourselves
We decided to stop into a nearby tavern after finishing the shoot. Nothing like a little Irish Whisky to warm you up!
